4th EUROPEAN COMPETITION FOR A BOBBIN LACE - 2011

The 4th European Competition for a Bobbin Lace is taking place at the Educational Silk Museum in April 2011.

Such competition is addressed to all countries from the European Union and Switzerland, particularly to schools, associations, museums, educational institutions, craftsmen and designers.

Moreover, it aims at preserving activities, techniques and materials connected to silk bobbin lace.

The participating works shall be delivered to the Museum (also in case of dispatch) by 28th January 2011 and shall be examined by an International Jury composed of art, costume, drawing and lace history experts.
